ASEA Compensation Plan imageWelcome to my review of the ASEA Compensation Plan!

How does the ASEA Compensation Plan reward ASEA Associates for selling products, and recruiting new Associates to do the same?  In my review of the ASEA Compensation Plan, I will be providing a detailed description of how ASEA Associates are compensated while building their business, as well as many of the qualifications that must be met in order to participate.  Lets take a closer look!

Binary Compensation Plan Model

ASEA Compensation Plan Model imageLike many other Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) pay plans, earnings within the ASEA Compensation Plan are calculated using a Binary Tree Structure.  Simply put, as you enroll new Associates into your organization, you will be building two sales teams.  You will strategically place new Associates into a right leg and a left leg.  Your commissions and bonuses within the ASEA Compensation Plan will be based upon the sales of your lesser performing leg.

For example, if your right leg generates $1,000 in sales in a four week period, but your left leg only generates $500, your earnings will be calculated based upon the sales of your left leg, your lesser performing leg.

Organizational Ranking System

As Associates achieve qualifying milestones in their ASEA Business, they will begin to progress through the various Leadership Positions within the ASEA Compensation Plan.  As you achieve higher ranks, you will be qualified for larger commissions on more and more Associates in your downline.  These Positions include:

  • Associate
  • Director
  • Director 300
  • Director 700
  • Bronze Executive
  • Silver Executive
  • Gold Executive
  • Platinum Executive
  • Diamond
  • Double Diamond
  • Triple Diamond

7 ways to earn in their pay plan…

The ASEA Compensation Plan features 7 ways that Associates are compensated as they achieve sales, and enroll new Associates.  These include:

1. Retail Sales

Associates purchase products at wholesale prices, and sell them to their customers at the suggested retail price.  The spread between these two prices is your instant profit.

A case of ASEA Advancing Life retails for $150.  Associates are able to purchase a case for the wholesale price of $120.  For every case of ASEA sold, you will earn $30.

2. Preferred Customer Bonus

Your customers will have the option to enroll into ASEA’s monthly Autoship Program to be eligible to purchase a case of ASEA Advancing Life for the wholesale price of $120.  Through this Autoship program, ASEA will automatically ship their products to your Preferred Customer’s home every month, and bill their credit card on file for every case that is processed.

You will receive a $25 bonus for every case of product that is shipped to your Preferred Customer’s home.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this bonus, you must be active with 100 in Personal Volume (PV) each month.  This can be accomplished through your personal product purchases, or through Retail and Preferred Customer sales.

One case of ASEA Advancing Life at the wholesale price of $120 is equivalent to 100 PV.  ASEA will highly encourage you to enroll into their monthly Autoship program to receive a case every month to satisfy this requirement, and to ensure that Associates never miss a qualification period by missing an order.

3. Fast Start Bonus

ASEA offers 4 Product Packs for new Associates to choose from when they are going through the enrollment process.  These include:

  1. Basic for $120
  2. Basic Plus for $240
  3. Builder for $370
  4. Express Builder for $770

When new Associates purchase one of the above Product Packs, the sponsor and qualified upline sponsors will earn a Fast Start Bonus, dependent upon the pack that is purchased.

  • When you personally sponsor an Associate who purchases the Basic Pack for $120, you will earn $15.
  • When you personally sponsor an Associate who purchases the Basic Plus Pack for $240, you will earn $30.
  • When you personally sponsor an Associate who purchases the Builder Pack for $370, you will earn $60.
  • When you personally sponsor an Associate who purchases the Express Builder Pack for $770, you will earn $120.

Compensation for ASEA Associates imageThe first upline sponsor, as well as the first qualified Director 300, Director 700, and Bronze Executive will also receive a portion of Product Packs sold.  If you currently hold one of these ranks listed, you will be qualified to earn more than one Fast Start Bonus.

There are many more details pertaining to how the Fast Start Bonus works, and listing these details here would just take too long and bore my readers. If you would like to learn more, visit the ASEA website. Click on “Company,” click on “Downloads,” then click on “ASEA Compensation Plan.”

Qualifications:

In order to earn Fast Start Bonuses, you must be active with 100 PV.

4. Team Commissions

Going back to how the ASEA Compensation Plan operates by a Binary Tree Structure with a right and left leg, you will earn Team Commissions of 10% based upon the Group Volume (GV) in your lesser performing binary leg.  You will have the potential to earn up to $10,000 each week in Team Commissions.

Qualifications:

You must be active with 100 PV, and personally sponsor one Associate who is also active with 100 PV in each of your right and left legs.  Two Associates total.  This will qualify you at the rank of Director.

5. Director’s Bonus

Each time one of your personally sponsored Associates achieves the rank of Director for the first time by personally sponsoring an Associate who is active with 100 PV in each binary leg (two total), you will earn a $50 bonus.

Qualifications:

You must be active with 100 PV.

6. Check Match

Depending on your rank, you will earn a Check Match of the Team Commissions that are earned by your downline Associates, going down as far as 7 generations in your organization.

This is the one compensation element within the ASEA Compensation Plan that does not operate by the Binary Tree Structure.  Each personally sponsored Associate begins a new leg when the Check Match is being calculated.  Your personal sponsorship tree can go infinity wide as you personally enroll new Associates.

A Generation ends each time a qualified rank of Bronze Executive or higher is found in each leg.

The Check Match does not begin until you achieve the rank of Bronze Executive.

  • Bronze Executives benefit from 1 Generation.
  • Silver Executives benefit from 2 Generations.
  • Gold Executives benefit from 3 Generations.
  • Platinum Executives benefit from 4 Generations.
  • Diamonds benefit from 5 Generations.
  • Double Diamonds benefit from 6 Generations.
  • Triple Diamonds benefit from 7 Generations.

Qualifications:

You must be active with 200 PV monthly, and have a minimum of two sponsorship legs with a downline Director 300 in each.

7. Leadership Pool

The ASEA Compensation Plan reserves 2% of global Group Volume to be shared among the top leaders within ASEA.  As you advance higher in rank, you will earn more shares of this pool.

ASEA Compensation Plan Conclusion

In my opinion, the ASEA Compensation Plan is very fair, and will become lucrative for those who are able to consistently grow their business, and attain the top Leadership Positions within ASEA.

The ASEA Compensation Plan is designed to encourage and reward not only customer acquisition, but team building, and your ability to train and mentor your downline Associates in achieving success in their individual businesses.

Acquire customers, build a large organization, train each personally sponsored Associate to duplicate your efforts, and the ASEA Compensation Plan will reward you accordingly.
