The Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan is based upon a binary pay model.  When a binary pay structure is being utilized, distributors are essentially building two sales teams:  A right leg and a left leg.  Typically when a binary pay model is being utilized, distributors earn commissions and bonuses based upon the sales of the lesser performing binary leg.  However, in the case of Chews 4 Health, they claim to provide an opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based upon the performance of both your lesser performing leg and your most profitable leg.  They accomplish this by matching a small percentage of your stronger leg with volumes generated in your weaker leg.

Ranking system

The Chews 4 Health Compensation plan features 6 leadership positions.  As Team Members achieve qualifying milestones in their business, they will progress through these leadership positions, qualifying them for more rewards within the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan.  These include:

  • Team Member
  • Qualified Team Member
  • Team Director
  • Team Executive
  • Team President
  • Team Ambassador

6 ways to earn in their pay plan

Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan Elements imageThe Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan provides 6 ways for Team Members to earn as they are building their business, and recruiting new Team Members to do the same.  These include:

1. Retail Profit

Team Members purchase products at the wholesale price, and sell products to their customers for the suggested retail price.  The spread between the wholesale and retail price will be that Team Member’s instant profit.  This profit can be as much as 50% for every sale.

Sales can be generated face-to-face or through your replicated website.  Retail profits are paid on a weekly basis.

2. Fast Start Bonus

Fast Start Bonuses are paid out when a Team Member begins recruiting new Team Members into their organization, and pays up to three generations within the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan.  The amount that you are qualified to earn will be based upon your Personal Volume (PV) every 30-day period.

Personal Volume is accumulated based upon your enrollment into their monthly Autoship program, a monthly purchase requirement that bills and ships products to your home every month.  The amount of this bonus is also dependent upon the product pack that your new Team Members purchase at the time of their enrollment.

The following breakdown is for Team Members who maintain between 20-99 PV each 30-day period.

For sales of the Economy Pack:

  • Mentor (sponsor) earns $10
  • 1st Upline Mentor earns $5
  • 2nd Upline Mentor earns $3

For sales of the Value Pack:

  • Mentor earns $20
  • 1st Upline Mentor earns $10
  • 2nd Upline Mentor earns $5

For sales of the Business Builder Pack:

  • Mentor earns $50
  • 1st Upline Mentor earns $15
  • 2nd Upline Mentor earns $10

The following breakdown is for Team Members who maintain 100+ PV each 30-day period.

For sales of the Economy Pack:

  • Mentor earns $20
  • 1st upline Mentor earns $10
  • 2nd upline Mentor earns $6

For sales of the Value Pack:

  • Mentor earns $40
  • 1st upline Mentor earns $20
  • 2nd upline Mentor earns $10

For sales of the Business Builder Pack:

  • Mentor earns $100
  • 1st upline Mentor earns $30
  • 2nd upline Mentor earns $20

Fast Start Bonuses are paid on a weekly basis.

3. Two Infinity Binary Bonus

This element of the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan provides Team Members with bonuses between 4% and 24% on both of your right and left binary legs.  The amount that you earn is again based upon the PV generated from your monthly Autoship requirement.

The following breakdown is based upon PV of 20-49 per month:

  • If you have 2 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn 4%
  • If you have 2-5 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 1%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 6-7 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 2%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 8-9 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 3%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 10+ personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 4%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.

The following breakdown is based upon PV of 50-99 per month:

  • If you have 2 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn 8%.
  • If you have 2-5 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 2%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 6-7 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 4%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 8-9 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 6%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 10+ personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 8%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.

The following breakdown is based upon PV of 100+ per month:

  • If you have 2 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn 12%.
  • If you have 2-5 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 3%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 6-7 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 6%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 8-9 personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 9%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.
  • If you have 10+ personally sponsored Team Members, you will earn an additional 12%.  This is a match of your lesser performing leg volume.

This bonus of the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan is paid on a weekly basis.

4. Matching Bonus

This element of the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan will provide you with up to a 6% match of your top two performing producers in your downline.  This bonus will then double up to 12% for all others you have personally enrolled.

This bonus will provide additional earnings for the top two producers of your personally sponsored Team Members as well.

Again, this bonus is paid on a weekly basis.

5. Rank Advancement Bonus

This element of the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan will reward Team Members each time they are promoted to a higher leadership position, beginning at the rank of Team Director.

  • New Team Directors earn $250
  • New Team Executives earn $1,000
  • New Team Presidents earn $5,000
  • New Team Ambassadors earn $10,000

To qualify for these bonuses, you must maintain a 100 PV Autoship each month.

6. Car Bonus Program

Beginning at the rank of Team Executive, you will qualify for a monthly car bonus within the Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan.  Again, you must maintain an Autoship that generates 100 PV each month to qualify.

  • Team Executives earn $250 per month.
  • Team Presidents earn $500 per month.
  • Team Ambassadors earn $750 per month.

Chews 4 Health Compensation Plan Conclusion

In my opinion, Chews 4 Health does offer a lucrative compensation plan for those who successfully build a large and profitable organization of downline Team Members who are working diligently to duplicate your efforts.
