How exactly does the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan reward Genesis PURE Independent Business Owners (IBOs) for selling their products, and recruiting new IBOs to do the same?
In this review of the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan, I will be providing the exact details as to how each component of their pay plan really works. Lets take a closer look.
Binary Compensation Plan Model
Like many other MLM comp plans, the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan utilizes a Binary Tree Structure to compensate their IBOs. As you recruit new IBOs into your organization, you will strategically place them in two binary legs: A right leg, and a left leg. Your commissions and bonuses will be calculated according to the leg that submits the least amount of sales.
For example, if your binary right leg generates $2,000 in sales within a four week period, but your left leg only generates $1,000, your earnings will be based upon your left leg, the lesser performing leg.
Organizational Ranking System
As you achieve sales, and recruit new IBOs to duplicate your efforts, you will begin to progress through the various Leadership Positions within the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan. These include:
- Star 300
- Star 900
- Silver Director
- Gold Director
- Platinum Director
- Sapphire Executive
- Ruby Executive
- Emerald Executive
- Blue Diamond
7 ways to earn in their pay plan…
The Genesis PURE Compensation Plan features 7 ways to earn as you are building your organization. These include:
1. Retail Sales
As a Genesis PURE IBO, you will purchase products at wholesale prices, and sell them at the suggested retail price. The difference between the two prices will be your instant profit.
Many of your customers will enroll into their monthly Autoship program to receive a discount from the retail price. For these customers, you will earn the difference between the wholesale price and their discounted price.
2. First Order Bonus
As you recruit new IBOs into your Genesis PURE Business, you will earn a percentage of their initial order. The percentage that you will receive for these first orders will be dependent upon your Personal Volume (PV).
- If you maintain 100 PV every month, you will earn 10% of their initial order.
- If you maintain 200 PV every month, you will earn 20% of their initial order.
3. Revenue Sharing Pool
Genesis PURE reserves 2% of their Total Company Commissionable Volume from each week into this pool.
At the time of your enrollment with Genesis PURE, you will need to place an initial order equivalent to 300 PV (purchase of approximately $300) to qualify for the Revenue Sharing Pool. Your initial purchase will lock in your ability to earn from this pool for your entire active life with Genesis PURE.
- If your initial order generates between 300 PV and 899 PV, you will earn 2 shares.
- If your initial order generates between 900 PV and 1499 PV, you will earn 3 shares.
- If your initial order generates 1500 PV or more, you will earn 5 shares.
Additionally, each week that you personally enroll a new IBO who makes an initial product purchase equivalent to 300 PV or more, you will earn multiple shares of this pool. The shares that you will receive will be dependent upon your initial order when you enrolled, and the initial order of your new IBO. For example:
- If your initial order and your IBO’s initial order are between 300 PV and 899 PV, you will earn 4 shares of this pool.
- If your initial order and your IBO’s initial order are between 900 PV and 1499 PV, you will earn 9 shares of this pool.
- If your initial order and your IBO’s initial order is 1500 PV or more, you will earn 25 shares of this pool.
There are other examples between these three extremes, but this should give you an idea. The dollar amount that you will receive for each share will be based upon the Total Company Commissionable Volume from each week, divided by the amount of outstanding shares that are earned by all IBOs within Genesis PURE.
4. Team Earnings
Going back to how the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan is based upon a Binary Tree Structure, Team earnings will pay you 10% commissions based upon the volume in your lesser performing binary leg.
To qualify for Team Earnings, you must remain active with 100 PV every month, and achieve the rank of Star 300. If for some reason you become inactive, you will forfeit these commissions until you become qualified again.
5. Generation Check Match
When you achieve the rank of Silver Director or above within the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan, you will be qualified to participate in the Generation Check Match.
This income stream will match the Team Earnings that are earned by IBOs in your downline, going down multiple generations in your organization. The rank you have attained will determine how many generations you can earn from.
A Generation is defined as all IBOs in your organization from yourself down to, and including the next Silver Director or above in each leg of your business.
- Silver Directors earn from 1 Generation.
- Gold Directors earn from 2 Generations.
- Platinum Directors earn from 3 Generations.
- Sapphire Executives earn from 4 Generations.
- Ruby Executives earn from 5 Generations.
- Emerald Executives earn from 6 Generations.
- Diamonds earn from 7 Generations.
- Blue Diamonds earn from 8 Generations.
- Presidentials and above earn from Unlimited Generations.
6. Leadership Pool
The Genesis PURE Compensation Plan reserves 3% of the Total Company’s Commissionable Volume from each week into the Leadership Pool.
Only Blue Diamonds and above are qualified to earn from this pool.
7. Luxury Car Bonus
At the rank of Presidential and above within the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan, you will receive a monthly car bonus. Upon qualifying for this bonus, you will be guaranteed this amount for the duration of 12 months to purchase or lease the vehicle of your choice. At the end of this 12 month period, your account will be re-evaluated to determine if you are still qualified.
- Presidentials earn $750 per month.
- Chairmans earn $1,500 per month.
Genesis PURE Compensation Plan Conclusion
In my opinion, the Genesis PURE Compensation Plan is very fair, and has great potential to generate a substantial income and even wealth as you work diligently to increase your personal sales volumes, and train your downline members to achieve success.
