Like many other Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) pay plans, The Monavie Compensation Plan is based upon a Binary Tree Structure.  Meaning, as you build your business, you will be building two sales teams, a binary right leg, and a binary left leg.

The benefit of a Binary pay plan, is that downline distributors can receive ‘spillover’ as upline Distributors place new recruits beneath them.  When this occurs, you will benefit from those new Distributors.

The disadvantage to a Binary pay plan is that Distributors earn commissions and bonuses based upon the sales volumes in their lesser performing binary leg.

For example, if your right leg generates $1,000 in sales, and your left leg generates $500, your earnings will be calculated based upon the sales in your left leg, the lesser performing leg.

Organizational Ranking System

As you achieve qualifying milestones in your business through product sales, and recruiting new Distributors, you will begin to progress through the various Leadership Positions within the Monavie Compensation Plan.  These include from lowest to highest:

  • Distributor
  • Star
  • Star 500
  • Star 1000
  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Monavie Leadership Positions imageRuby
  • Emerald
  • Diamond
  • Blue Diamond
  • Hawaiian Blue Diamond
  • Black Diamond
  • Royal Black Diamond
  • Presidential Black Diamond
  • Imperial Black Diamond

Compensation Plan Requirements

Monavie Products imageTo be eligible for earnings within the Monavie Compensation Plan, it is important to note that Distributors are required to generate a minimum of 5 sales to separate Retail Customers and Preferred Customers every year.

In order to participate fully in the Monavie Compensation Plan, in many cases, Distributors are required to be both Active and Qualified.

Active is defined as generating a minimum volume every four weeks.  There are two levels:

100-active

Is accomplished when you either personally purchase 100 Personal Volume (PV) worth of products, or your Preferred Customers purchase 100 PV worth of products.  Can also be a combination of the two.

200-active

The same definition applies, but instead of 100 PV, 200 PV is being purchased by either yourself, or through Preferred Customers.

200 PV, will maximize your earning potential within the Monavie Compensation Plan.

Qualified is defined as having one personally sponsored Distributor in each of your binary right and left legs (2 total).  Each Distributor must also be Active, or have a minimum of 500 personal enrollment tree volume.

10 ways to earn in their pay plan…

The Monavie Compensation Plan features 10 ways for Distributors to generate income as they increase personal sales volumes, and begin to build and train an organization of downline Monavie Distributors.  These include:

1. Direct Sales & Preferred Customer Bonus

You will earn Retail Sales as you purchase Monavie products at wholesale prices, and sell them face-to-face to your customers at the suggested retail price.

Many of your customers may elect to become Preferred Customers to receive a discount from retail pricing.

These customers will automatically receive their products every month, and will be billed accordingly.  This is commonly referred to as an Autoship.

Each time that you enroll a Preferred Customer, you will earn a Preferred Customer Bonus.  Your bonus will equal 50% of that customer’s Preferred Customer Personal Volume (PCPV).

For example, if a Preferred Customer purchases a case of Monavie juice, this will equal approximately 50 PCPV.  Your Preferred Customer Bonus will be $25.

Qualifications:

  • Distributors are not required to be Active or Qualified.

2. Top Retailers Bonus

This bonus within the Monavie Compensation Plan rewards the performance of top Distributors throughout the entire company within a four week period.

The top Distributor who generates the most PV from Retail Customers and Preferred Customers will receive a $4,000 bonus.

The next three Distributors will receive a $2,000 bonus.

All other Distributors who have enrolled a minimum of 5 Preferred Customers, or generated 300 PV in a four week period will participate in a pool equal to 1% of total company PCPV.

Qualifications:

  • Your sales must be new business.  Sales that are shipped to existing customer addresses do not qualify.

3. Bulk Order Bonus

When customers purchase products in bulk, you will earn a Bulk Order Bonus.

  • If you are 100-active, you will earn up to $20.
  • If you are 200-active, you will earn up to $50.

4. First Order Bonus (FOB)

As you enroll new Distributors who place an initial product order, you will earn a FOB.

  • If you are 100-active, you will earn 10% of the PV that is generated from their initial order, up to a maximum of $20.
  • If you are 200-active, you will earn 20% of the PV that is generated from their initial order, up to a maximum of $40.

Qualifications:

  • You must be Active.

5. Star Maker Bonus

This bonus within the Monavie Compensation Plan is designed to encourage upline Distributors to mentor and work directly with their team members to achieve success.

Each time a personally sponsored Distributor achieves the rank of Star within the Monavie Compensation Plan, you will earn a Star Maker Bonus.

  • If you are 100-active, you will earn $20.
  • If you are 200-active, you will earn $40.

Qualifications:

  • You must be Qualified.

6. Team Bonus

Monavie Compensation Plan imageGoing back to how the Monavie Compensation Plan operates by a Binary Tree Structure, you will earn Team Bonuses based upon the production in your lesser performing leg.

When you accumulate a minimum of 500 Group Volume (GV) in both your right and left legs, you will earn a 10% Team Bonus.  Remember, this is based upon the lesser performing leg.

For example, if your right leg generates 1000 GV, and your left leg generates 500 GV, you will earn $50, equal to 10% of your left leg.

The Monavie Compensation Plan states that they will pay you 5% of your lesser performing leg GV, and another 5% of the matching GV in your greater leg.  (This is just a fancy way to say that you will earn compensation based upon your lesser leg volume.)  No matter how you look at it, it is still 10% of your weakest leg.

Qualifications:

  • You must be Active & Qualified.
  • You must generate at least 500 GV in each leg.
  • Team Bonuses are limited to $10,000 per week.

7. Growth Bonus

Dependent upon the rank that you hold within the Monavie Compensation Plan, you will earn shares of this bonus pool.

The details of this bonus is rather complicated, and explaining the full details here would just take too long.

Long story short, the higher your rank within the Monavie Compensation Plan, the more shares you will earn.  The value of each share is based upon worldwide sales volumes, and the number of shares awarded.

Qualifications:

  • You must achieve the rank of Bronze Executive or above.
  • You must be 200-active.

8. Executive Check Match Bonus

This element of the Monavie Compensation Plan will pay you an additional bonus up to the first $2,500 of Team Bonuses that are earned by downline Distributors, going down as far as 7 generations in your organization.

A generation is defined as all Distributors in your downline going down until a Bronze Executive or higher is found in each leg.

  • Bronze will benefit from 1 generation.
  • Silver will benefit from 2 generations.
  • Gold will benefit from 3 generations.
  • Ruby will benefit from 4 generations.
  • Emerald will benefit from 5 generations.
  • Diamond will benefit from 6 generations.
  • Blue Diamond and above will benefit from 7 generations.

Qualifications:

  • You must be 200-active and Qualified.
  • You must achieve the rank of Bronze Executive.

9. Leadership Bonus

The Monavie Compensation Plan reserves 2.5% of company-wide enrollment tree volume into their Leadership Pool for Blue Diamond Executives and above.

Depending on your rank within the Monavie Compensation Plan, you will earn shares of this pool, which will translate as additional earnings in your pocket.

Qualifications:

  • You must achieve the rank of Blue Diamond or higher.
  • You must be 200-active.
  • You must be Qualified.

10. Multiple Business Centers

Once you achieve the rank of Black Diamond within the Monavie Compensation Plan, you will have the option of opening multiple business centers. Each business center can provide an additional $10,000 per week in Team Bonuses.

The Monavie Compensation Plan is designed to reward not only customer acquisition, but more importantly, your ability to train and support your downline Distributors in achieving success in their individual businesses.

Since each Distributor’s earnings are directly related to the success and accomplishments of the next Distributor, this promotes team sponsorship and support throughout all levels of Monavie.

This is a quality that I search for when I am reviewing compensation plans.

    What is your feeling about this company?
    An acquaintance of mine is in this one
    but don’t see her becoming more financially
    independent at all and its been a few yrs
    now.

      Hi Laura,

      I believe that Monavie is a great company, if you wish to sell nutritional beverages as a product.

      However, you have to know how to market this business, products, and opportunity! Monavie is going to train you to sell products to your list of friends and family members. These methods do not work for 97% of those who attempt to build a MLM Business, simply because we as individuals do not possess a large enough list of contacts to grow a business of this nature.

      Success can be achieved through Monavie, but you have to market them in a manner where you will not be limited to your warm market of friends and family members.
