Pre-Paid Legal Services Review imageWelcome to my Pre-Paid Legal Services Review!

Pre-Paid Legal Services has provided quality legal services and representation to millions of families spanning over the entire United States, as well as many parts of Canada.

The question that this Pre-Paid Legal Services Review will be answering  is this:  Does Pre-Paid Legal Services offer a legitimate business opportunity, or is this a scam or pyramid scheme that should be avoided?  I will be reviewing their company, and their Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Business opportunity in my unbiased Pre-Paid Legal Services Review.

Company Details & Background

Pre-Paid Legal Logo imagePre-Paid Legal is a membership service that provides their members with legal counsel for a wide array of legal matters or issues.  Whether their members are facing traditional legal problems, purchasing a house or car, drafting a will, dealing with identity theft, or handling a problem with an insurance company, Pre-Paid Legal Services is only a toll-free phone call away.

A little history lesson

Previously known as Sportsman’s Motor Club, Pre-Paid Legal Services was founded by Harland Stonecipher on August 8th, 1972, and is the first company of its kind to design, underwrite, and market legal expense plans.  For $26 or less, families can be provided with a variety of legal services.

Very similar to the way that health insurance companies have relationships and contracts with local health care providers, Pre-Paid Legal has contracts with provider law firms across America and Canada.  Members will have access to local legal representation by just simply calling the provider law firm that is listed on their membership card.

Plans & services that are offered

Pre-Paid Legal offers several legal plans and products to meet the various needs and demands of their customers.  Every legal plan is sold exclusively through Independent Associates.  These plans and products include:

  • Individual Memberships
  • Identity Theft Shield
  • Employee Benefit Memberships
  • Business Plans
  • Home Based Business Riders
  • Commercial Drivers Legal Plans
  • Law Officers Legal Plans

MLM Business – Getting started and how it works

Pre-Paid Legal Services MLM Review imageThe cost to begin a Pre-Paid Legal Services Business as an Independent Associate is $249.  For this price, you will receive sales aids, business materials, Certified Field Training, Support from your upline sponsors, and home office support through their Marketing Services Team.

Compensation – Ways to earn

As an Associate, there are 3 ways to make money as you are selling Pre-Paid Legal Plans:

  1. Earn immediate commissions as you personally sell their legal plans.
  2. Earn override commissions on the sales of your personally sponsored Associates in your organization.
  3. Earn residual compensation on your personal sales, and the sales of your downline Associates for as long as plans stay in effect.

Pre-Paid Legal Services Review Conclusion

In my opinion, Pre-Paid Legal Services is a very legitimate MLM Business opportunity.  They have been offering legal plans for more than 30 years, representing millions of families.  This in itself proves to me that they are not a scam.

Often times, when someone is in need of legal advice, they do not bother to hire legal representation because of the tremendous cost to do so.  In many cases, individuals do not know when they should consult with an attorney for life’s everyday issues.  Pre-Paid Legal has positioned themselves to assist millions of individuals and families at a price that nearly anyone can afford.

Food for thought…

It is important to note that this is a business where you will be trained and encouraged to approach your friends and family members to sell plans, and recruit new Associates into your organization.

Your marketing training as a brand new Independent Associate will be limited to these methods.

With that being said, I believe that Pre-Paid Legal offers a tremendous and affordable service in a very high demand niche, giving you access to a solid and promising business opportunity.

You need to think twice before buying or using Pre Paid. I’ve been a member for a long time, tried to use it several times on many different things over the past years, and has caused me many troubled hours of waisted time on the phone while searching for attorney that will take my dragged out case problems now against the corruption and fraud used in my case to get it’s outcome. Not one attorney I have been referred to by Pre Paid and told to call for possible representation is willing to expose the fraud used in courts that destroy’s people’s lives for others greed to line there own pockets.
Don’t believe for one minute the Witten Statute Laws of a State can’t be broken, bypassed and then covered up by the one’s that do it! It’s not about Justice and Laws for the American victims anymore, the attorney’s and the courts don’t all follow the Laws or proceedings of the Laws that protect your rights as an American Citizen anymore. If you want to know the truth about today’s attorney’s and some courts systems, just try to find one attorney that will stand up in representation for the written laws against broken statute written laws by other attorney’s that will expose corruption and fraud used to get the out come of a case. If know one attorney that will fight for Justice, please have him or her call or e-mail me. Tim Wilson Ada, Oklahoma.
