Binary Compensation Plan Model

Binary Compensation Plan imageLike the majority of other MLM compensation plans, the Salu International Compensation Plan is based upon a Binary Tree Structure.

As you grow your Salu Business, you will be growing two sales teams:  A team on your right, called your right leg, and a team on your left, called your left leg.

The primary benefit of a Binary pay plan is that upline SBOs can potentially place new recruits beneath you, a practise known as ‘spill-over.’  You will benefit from the sales and production of those new recruits.

The negative aspect of a Binary pay plan is that your commissions and bonuses within the Salu International Compensation Plan will be calculated based upon the sales of your weakest leg.

For instance, if your right leg generates $2,000 in sales, but your left leg only generates, $1,000, your earnings within the Salu International Compensation Plan will be calculated based upon your left leg, the least performing leg.

Organizational Ranking System

As you achieve qualifying volumes and performance numbers in your business, you will begin to progress through 9 Leadership positions within the Salu International Compensation Plan.  These include from lowest to highest:

  • SBO
  • SBO Pro
  • Director
  • Managing Director
  • Regional Director
  • National Director
  • Ambassador
  • Regional Ambassador
  • National Ambassador

Salu International Compensation Plan - Guaranteed Income imageSalu advertises the industry’s first Guaranteed Income Promise, where Active SBOs will receive a guaranteed minimum monthly income, based on their efforts.  The Salu International Compensation Plan breaks this down into two components:

1. Guaranteed Income – Enrollment based

This is based upon the sales of personally sponsored SBOs, regardless of rank and volume.

You will receive a guaranteed $250 per month when you have personally sponsored 8 Active SBOs.

  • You will have 180 days from the date of your enrollment to accomplish this.
  • You must hold these 8 SBOs on either of your binary legs for 90 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $500 per month when you have personally sponsored 15 Active SBOs.

  • You will have 270 days from the date of your enrollment to accomplish this.
  • You must hold these 15 SBOs on either of your binary legs for 90 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $2,500 per month when you have personally sponsored 25 Active SBOs.

  • You will have up to one year from the date of your enrollment to accomplish this.
  • You must hold these 25 SBOs on either of your binary legs for 90 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $5,000 per month when you have personally sponsored 50 Active SBOs.

  • You will have up to two years from the date of your enrollment to accomplish this.
  • You must hold these 50 SBOs on either of your binary legs for 90 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $10,000 per month when you have personally sponsored 100 Active SBOs.

  • You will have up to three years from the date of your enrollment to accomplish this.
  • You must hold these 100 SBOs on either of your binary legs for 90 days.

2. Guaranteed Income – Volume Based

This component of the Salu International Compensation Plan goes back to the Binary tree structure, where your earnings will be calculated based upon the volume in your lesser performing leg.

You will receive a guaranteed $500 per month when your lesser leg volume reaches $2,000 Commissionable Volume (CV) in a four week period.

  • You must maintain this $2,000 CV on your lesser leg for a period of 60 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $1,000 per month when your lesser leg volume reaches $4,000 CV in a four week period.

  • You must maintain this $4,000 CV on your lesser leg for a period of 60 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $4,000 per month when your lesser leg volume reaches $10,000 CV in a four week period.

  • You must maintain this $10,000 CV on your lesser leg for a period of 60 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $8,000 per month when your lesser leg volume reaches $20,000 CV in a four week period.

  • You must maintain this $20,000 CV on your lesser leg for a period of 60 days.

You will receive a guaranteed $20,000 per month when your lesser leg volume reaches $50,000 CV in a four week period.

  • You must maintain this $50,000 CV on your lesser leg for a period of 60 days.

3. Quick Start Bonus

Salu International Compensation Plan - Ways to earn imageWithin the first 30 days, SBOs who enroll 5 new Active SBOs with a minimum of 100 Personal Volume (PV) each will receive a $300 Quick Start Bonus.

These 5 new SBOs must enroll with a Salu Career or V.I.P. Pack.

  • The Salu Career Pack is $199.
  • The Salu V.I.P. Pack is $299.

4. Rank Advancement Bonus

Begining at the rank of Director, you will receive one-time bonuses each time that you achieve a higher rank within the Salu International Compensation Plan.

  • New Directors earn $1,000.
  • New Managing Directors earn $2,500.
  • New Regional Directors earn $5,000.
  • New National Directors earn $10,000.
  • New Ambassadors earn $25,000.
  • New Regional Ambassadors earn $100,000.
  • New National Ambassadors earn $250,000.

5. Car Bonus

When you achieve the rank of Ambassador within the Salu International Compensation Plan, Salu will hand you the keys to a new luxury vehicle.  You will own this vehicle free and clear, with no leases or car payments.

  • At the Ambassador level, you will receive a Mercedes Benz C Class.
  • At the National Ambassador level, you will receive either a Mercedes Benz S Class, or a Range Rover.  The choice will be yours.

6. Salu Check Match

When you achieve the rank of Regional Director within the Salu International Compensation Plan, you will begin to receive a 3% Check Match of your personally sponsored SBOs.  You’ll also benefit from their personally sponsored SBOs, going down as far as 5 generations, depending on your rank.

  • Regional Directors earn 3% on 1 Generation.
  • National Directors earn 3% on 2 Generations.
  • Ambassadors earn 3% on 3 Generations.
  • Regional Ambassadors earn 3% on 4 Generations.
  • National Ambassadors earn 3% on 5 Generations.

7. Team Commissions

Going back to how the Salu International Compensation Plan utilizes a Binary Pay structure, when your lesser leg volume reaches a minimum of 600 CV, you will earn 10% of that volume.

Salu International Compensation Plan Conclusion

In my opinion, the Salu International Compensation Plan is not only fair, but is a very generous plan.  The guaranteed income aspect of the Salu International Compensation Plan is a nice feature that provides SBOs with step-by-step goals to achieve, and the confidence in knowing that if they achieve those goals, they will have a guaranteed minimum paycheck.

For those who possess the ability to lead, train, and build a team consisting of thousands of downline SBOs, the Salu International Compensation Plan offers many lucrative rewards.
