How exactly does the Votre Vu Compensation Plan work?  Yes, Votre Vu offers high quality skin care products, but do they reward Brand Ambassadors fairly for selling these products, and recruiting new Ambassadors to do the same?

Furthermore, does this pay plan offer you the potential that you need to become a home based business success story?Lets take a closer look in my review of the Votre Vu Compensation Plan!

Binary Compensation Plan Model

Votre Vu Compensation imageThe Votre Vu Compensation Plan utilizes a very popular Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) pay plan referred to as a Binary Tree Structure.  As you recruit new Brand Ambassadors into your organization, you will be building two sales teams:  A right leg, and a left leg.  You will strategically place new Ambassadors into each one of these binary legs, and will receive bonuses and commissions based upon the production in your lesser performing leg.

Organizational Ranking System

As you achieve qualifying milestones in your business, you will progress through the various leadership positions within the Votre Vu Compensation Plan.  From lowest to highest, these ranks include:

  • Brand Ambassador
  • Director
  • Star Director
  • 2-Star Director
  • Senior Director
  • Associate Executive Director
  • Executive Director

6 ways to earn in their pay plan…

Votre Vu Logo imageThe Votre Vu Compensation Plan provides their Brand Ambassadors with 6 ways to earn as they sell products, and recruit others to do the same.  These include:

1. Retail Profit Bonus

You will earn a 30% instant profit for every product that you sell to your customers.  This 30% represents the spread between the wholesale price and the suggested retail price.

2. Fast Start Bonus

As you enroll new Brand Ambassadors into your organization, they must choose one of three Pak options to begin their business.  You will earn Fast Start Bonuses dependent upon the Pak that they choose.  These Paks include:

  1. Personal Shopper Pak for $69
  2. startMeup Pak for $199
  3. Premium startMeup Pak for $399
  • When you enroll someone who purchases the $69 option, you will earn $25.
  • When you enroll someone who purchases the $199 option, you will earn $60.
  • When you enroll someone who purchases the $399 option, you will earn $130.

3. Team Cycle Bonus

Once you successfully enroll two new Brand Ambassadors, and have placed one in your right leg, and the other in your left leg, you will be qualified to earn Team Cycle Bonuses.  Through this bonus, you can earn up to $8,400 (when you achieve higher ranks) per week, and this is based upon the Business Volume (BV) that is generated in your lesser performing binary right or left leg.

4. Matching Cycle Bonus

As you begin to build an organization of downline Brand Ambassadors, you will earn Matching Cycle Bonuses, which will provide you with a percentage of Team Cycle Bonuses that are earned by your team members.

To participate in this bonus, you first need to achieve the rank of Star Director and above within the Votre Vu Compensation Plan.  Depending on your rank and the production of your organization, this bonus will provide you with up to $12,000 per week.

This bonus will reward you for consistency in your business, and will provide additional earnings to put towards a car, boat, summer home, or any other asset or toy of your choosing.  This is a monthly bonus that you will receive at the rank of Star Director and above.

  • If you qualify for the rank of Star Director in all four of the previous four weeks, you will earn $500 every month.
  • If you qualify for the rank of 2-Star Director in all four of the previous four weeks, you will earn $750 every month.
  • If you qualify for the rank of Senior Director in all four of the previous four weeks, you will earn $1,000 every month.
  • If you qualify for the rank of Associate Executive Director in all four of the previous four weeks, you will earn $1,500 every month.
  • If you qualify for the rank of Executive Director in all four of the previous four weeks, you will earn $2,000 every month.

6. Multiple Business Centers

When you qualify for the rank of Executive Director within the Votre Vu Compensation Plan, and have maxed out the benefit levels within the Votre Vu Compensation Plan in your current Business Center, you will be provided with another, and can receive as many as four additional Business Centers as you max each one out.  This will provide you with a maximum earning potential of more than $5,000,000 per year.

The Votre Vu compensation plan is designed to motivate and encourage team building and leadership among all Votre Vu Brand Ambassadors.

The Votre Vu Compensation Plan provides upline sponsors with the incentive to work directly with their downline team members to assist them in achieving success in their individual businesses.  Your Brand Ambassador’s success is your success in this pay plan.

In my opinion, the Votre Vu Compensation Plan is very fair, and will become quite lucrative for those who achieve the qualifying levels in their business to progress through the various Leadership Positions to qualify for larger percentages on more and more Brand Ambassadors in their entire organization.

    Thank you for your review of the Vu Compensation Plan. I have been with the company since we opened our doors and have found it to be very fair! One of the great things about our binary is our team cycle bonus for Directors and above. The system will automatically count volume from either leg, until no more cycles are available. This provides a larger payout for our consultants and as long as you remain active, any extra BV will stay in your account.
