How does the New Vision Compensation Plan work?  Will it reward you fairly for selling New Vision International products, and recruiting New Vision Distributors?

In this New Vision Compensation Plan Review, I will be providing you with the exact details as to how this pay plan really works.  Lets take a closer look in my review of the New Vision Compensation Plan!

Organizational Ranking System

As you increase your personal production and recruit new New Vision Distributors into your business, you will begin to progress through leadership positions within the New Vision Compensation Plan.  The higher that you progress through these leadership positions, the more you will be qualified to earn.

It is important to note that your recruiting efforts will be imperative if you wish to progress through these ranks.  Building a profitable New Vision business will take team work, and can not be accomplished with only your personal production.

These Leadership Positions include:

  • Leader
  • Producer
  • Senior Producer
  • Director
  • Senior Director
  • National Director
  • Executive
  • Senior Executive
  • National Executive

9 ways to earn in their pay plan…

The New Vision Compensation Plan features 9 components that you will in time participate in as a New Vision Distributor.  These include:

1. Retail Sales

As a Distributor, you will purchase products at wholesale prices, and then resell them at a price that you will determine.  You are given the flexibility to name your own price for every product that you sell.

2. Consumer Retail Profit

Your customers will be given the ability to sign up for their Autoship program to receive larger product discounts.  You will receive the difference between the wholesale price and the discounted price for these Autoship customers.

3. First Order Payout

When you enroll a new Distributor or a Consumer, you will receive 50% of the Commissionable Volume (CV) of their first order.  Your sponsor will also receive 5%.

You must have an Autoship on file that generates 50 Qualifying Volume (QV) to be qualified for this bonus.

4. Builder Bonus

New Vision International offers Builder Packs for new Distributors.  These Builder Packs will provide Distributors with the necessary business supplies to assist them in getting started as soon as possible.

There are 3 Builder Packs to choose from, and they range in price from $299.95 to $999.95.  You will receive a Builder Bonus when one of your new Distributors purchase one of these Packs.  The amount that you will receive will be dependent upon the Pack that is purchased, and your rank.

5. Momentum Bonus

The New Vision Compensation Plan reserves 6% of Commissionable Volume to be placed in a Momentum Bonus Pool.  To qualify, you must be active with 80 QV, and have an Autoship of 80 QV.  You must also have a minimum of 3 personally sponsored Distributors.

  • Leaders will earn up to $100
  • Producers will earn up to $200
  • Senior Producers will earn up to $300
  • Directors will earn up to $400
  • Senior Directors will earn up to $200

Higher ranking Distributors within the New Vision Compensation Plan will not participate in this bonus.

6. Vertical Payout Bonus

As a brand new Distributor, you can earn 1% on the business that your organization generates.  As you achieve higher ranks within the New Vision Compensation Plan, you can earn up to 40%.  To qualify for this bonus, you must be active with 80 QV, and also maintain an Autoship of 80 QV.

7. Director Residual Bonus

You will earn 2% on the CV of all Downline Director Groups in your New Vision International Business.  A Director Group is every Distributor who has achieved the rank of Director or higher, including yourself.  This bonus will payout going down 5 generations in your business, including yourself.

8. Global Bonus Pools

The New Vision Compensation Plan reserves 2% of global company volume into this bonus pool to be paid out to National Directors and above.

9. One Time Awards

When you qualify for a higher rank for 2 consecutive months, you will earn a one time bonus.  The amount that you will receive is dependent upon your newly achieved rank.

  • When you are promoted to Producer, you will earn $250.
  • When you are promoted to Senior Producer, you will earn $500.
  • When you are promoted to Director, you will earn $750.
  • When you are promoted to Senior Director, you will earn $1,000.
  • When you are promoted to National Director, you will earn $1,500.
  • When you are promoted to Executive, you will earn $2,000.
  • When you are promoted to Senior Executive, you will earn $2,500.
  • When you are promoted to National Executive, you will earn $5,000.

New Vision Compensation Plan Conclusion

In my opinion, the New Vision Compensation Plan is very fair.  The New Vision Compensation Plan has the potential to become very lucrative as you reach qualiying levels, and progress through the leadership positions within New Vision.

Grow a large and profitable New Vision International Business, and the New Vision Compensation Plan will reward you accordingly.
