Uppercase Living Review – Scam Or Legitimate MLM Business Idea

| April 30, 2011 | 2 Comments

Uppercase Living Review imageWelcome to my Uppercase Living Review!

Uppercase Living was founded for the purpose of helping their customers to transform their living spaces into a reflection of themselves without enlisting the help of a professional decorator.

In this Uppercase Living Review, I will be reviewing their company and the products that they offer through their MLM Home Business Opportunity as an Uppercase Living Demonstrator.

This Uppercase Living Review will be answering one key question:  Is Uppercase Living a legitimate and promising business idea, or should this be considered a scam or pyramid scheme?  I intend to provide the details to answer this very question in my unbiased Uppercase Living Review.

Company Details & History

Uppercase Living Logo imageFounded in 2006, Uppercase Living is a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company that delivers decorative lettering and embellishments that are sold through home parties.  Uppercase refers to these home parties as Open Houses.

Product Line

These expressions or designs can be applied quickly and easily to walls, tiles, wood blocks, and any other meaningful surface, and can transform a room in a matter of minutes.

Their lettering and embellishments can accommodate any age or maturity, and if you are searching for that special something that can add that extra level of personalization or uniqueness to any room, you can find it within the Uppercase Living Idea Catalog!

MLM Business – Getting started and how it works

Uppercase Living Products imageTo become an Uppercase Living Demonstrator, you will have two options to choose from:

  • Purchase their Essentials Kit for $99.

This will provide you with everything that you will need to begin your business and to start conducting your Open Houses.  This will also provide you with a $25 product credit to purchase expressions for your home, or to give away at your Open Houses.  The choice is yours!

  • Purchase their Essentials Plus Kit for $199.

This will provide you with all of the materials within the Essentials Kit, but will double the quantity of many of the Open House supplies.  This will also include a $100 product credit to purchase expressions for your home, or to give away at your Open Houses.

Questions that must be asked…

Now, I encourage you to get in touch with an Uppercase Living Demonstrator directly to learn more details pertaining to these packages, and their correlation to your earning potential within the Uppercase Living Compensation Plan.  Typically in this MLM industry, when starter kit options are offered, the higher priced package is required to maximize your earning potential within that company’s compensation plan.  Generally speaking, the more that you are willing to spend on your initial order, the more you are qualified to earn.  You will need to learn these details before you place your initial order.

Tools to build the business

As a new Demonstrator, you will be provided with instant access to their UL Express, an online portal designed to help you run and track your business and performance.  You will also be provided with your very own website, where you can refer your potential customers to browse their product catalog, and to learn more about the opportunity as a Demonstrator on your team.

Demonstrator Training & Support

As a new Demonstrator, your mission will be to contact those within your list of friends, family members, acquaintances, and co-workers to schedule an Open House in their homes.

Your friends and family members will be incentivized to host an Open House, as they will earn product discounts and free merchandise based upon the sales that you achieve in their home.  These will be the methods that will be trained and encouraged to help you build your Uppercase Living Business.

Uppercase Living Review Conclusion

In my opinion, Uppercase Living is a legitimate MLM company, and should not be considered a scam or pyramid scheme.  They offer fabulous products that will be loved and cherished by many, providing their Demonstrators with quality products to promote and distribute.

Food for thought…

Based upon the training that Uppercase Living provides to their new Demonstrators, your success will be dependent upon your ability to maintain a full schedule of Open Houses.

This can be very difficult to accomplish when you are limited to your list of friends and family members to build your business.  While you can generate sales using these methods, I just don’t believe that this is the most effective way to build a long-term business.  However, this will be up to you to decide for yourself.

If you possess the skill-set to utilize more modern marketing methods, and not be reliant upon friends and family members only, I believe that you can achieve Home Business success within Uppercase Living.
