Binary Compensation Plan Model
As with many Multi-Level Marketing companies, the USANA Compensation Plan utilizes a Binary Tree structure to reward their Associates. As you build your business by recruiting new Associates into your downline, you will be building two sales teams: A right leg, and a left leg. Typically in a Binary compensation plan, you will receive commissions and bonuses based upon the production of your lesser performing leg.
Organizational Ranking System
Within the USANA Compensation Plan are 21 Leadership Positions, which I will list below. As you progress through these ranks, your earning potential will multiply as you qualify to earn more of their commissions and bonuses from your efforts, and the efforts of your team members. These Leadership Positions within the USANA Compensation Plan include:
- Bronze Director
- Silver Director
- Gold Director
- Ruby Director
- Emerald Director
- Diamond Director
- One-Star Diamond
- Two-Star Diamond
- Three-Star Diamond
- Four-Star Diamond
- Five-Star Diamond
- Six-Star Diamond
- Seven-Star Diamond
- Eight-Star Diamond

6 ways to earn in their pay plan…
As you increase your personal sales production and recruit new Associates who are diligently working to duplicate your efforts, you will begin to earn from 6 components within the USANA Compensation Plan. These include:
1. Retail Sales
As you sell products, you will earn the difference between the wholesale price and the retail price.
You will be given the ability to sell products using whichever method you feel most comfortable with. You can utilize their many sales aids, send customers to your personal website, or meet customers face-to-face, either one-on-one or through home parties.
2. Weekly Commissions
You can earn up to 20% commissions based upon the weekly Group Sales Volume that is accumulated in your downline of USANA Associates and Preferred Customers.
Any extra volume of up to 5,000 points in each leg will be carried forward to the following week.
3. Matching Bonus
USANA gives you the opportunity to quickly boost your income by becoming a Premier PaceSetter, or even better, a Premier Platinum PaceSetter.
You will become a Premier PaceSetter when, within your first 8 weeks, two or more new personally sponsored Associates activate 1 or 3 Business Centers, and collectively generate 800 Sales Volume Points.
You will become a Premier Platinum PaceSetter when, within your first 8 weeks, four or more new personally sponsored Associates activate 1 or 3 Business Centers, and collectively generate 1,600 Sales Volume Points.
- Premier PaceSetters earn a 50% match of new Premier Platinum PaceSetter’s earnings for 26 weeks.
- Premier Platinum PaceSetters earn a 100% match of new Premier Platinum PaceSetter’s earnings for 26 weeks.
It is important to note that you will only receive this match for personally sponsored Associates who have also achieved the status of Premier Platinum PaceSetter.
USANA offers many fun and challenging contests and leadership incentives throughout the year. This gives USANA Associates the opportunity to earn luxury travel, valuable prizes, extra cash, and further recognition as a top achiever or contest winner at USANA events.
5. Leadership Bonus
USANA reserves 3% of their commissionable volume to be paid out to qualified Gold Directors and above to encourage upline Associates to support and assist their Team Members in succeeding in their individual businesses.
6. Elite Bonus
USANA distributes 1% of their quarterly profits among each quarter’s top 30 income earners.
USANA Compensation Plan Conclusion
In my opinion, the USANA Compensation Plan is not only fair, but offers great potential for those who work diligently to increase their sales production, and recruit new Associates to do the same.
The USANA Compensation Plan is an aggressive plan designed primarily to motivate and reward team building and leadership in every individual USANA organization across the company.
